Since inception NWPALS has focused on being the best at Patient Transport. Our main focus has always been putting the patient first and ensuring that we provide a first-class service. We actively seek feedback which we take seriously listening to the concerns and needs of all our customers.

To this end NWPALS has carefully selected and recruited members of the team to become our in-house trainers to ensure that all our staff have the skills to carry out their role to the highest standard. Our training team are all ‘Qualsafe Certified’, 

Initially our training programme focused on the up skilling and training of new and existing members of the team, but as part of the overall company vision and forward plans this has now been extended to include the wider business community and general public. As part of the development of the training arm of the business, we have acquired a new training facility which once up and running in early 2024 will be a state-of-the-art centre, with modern facilities and easy parking.

Our vehicle fleet and equipment is maintained to national standards, and moving into 2024 NWPALS is well placed to be the market leader for both patient transport and first aid training, with our vision to set the standard across the North West.
